2. Contract Formation & Pricing
When you complete an order on our store, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This email indicates that we have received your order request; it does not constitute a legally binding contract. A binding contract between AVO Suffolk Ltd. and you is formed only when we dispatch your items and issue a final invoice.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in the event of genuine pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you prior to processing your order to confirm if you wish to proceed at the correct price.
3. Part Compatibility & Fitment
We endeavour to provide accurate description and application details for all car parts. However, due to vehicle model variations, modification history, and production year overlaps, it remains the buyer's responsibility to verify part suitability and measurements prior to fitment.
4. Returns & Cancellation Policy
Your rights to return goods are fully protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- 14-Day Right to Cancel: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your goods to notify us in writing (email) if you wish to cancel or return your order for a refund.
- Returning Items: Goods must be posted back to us within 14 days of your return notification in their original, unused condition and packaging. Return postage costs for non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer.
- Faulty or Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please notify us immediately. Faulty items returned within 30 days will receive a full refund, repair, or replacement including return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
5. Delivery & Shipping Fees
Delivery charges and estimated transit times vary depending on product weight, dimensions, and destination. Full details of our current shipping rates, carrier options, and dispatch schedules can be found on our Delivery Information page.
All delivery fees will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and confirmed at checkout prior to order submission.
6. Stock Availability & Back-Orders
Stock levels fluctuate across online, trade show, and phone sales. If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will dispatch the available parts immediately and place the remaining item on back-order, shipping it to you as soon as available with no extra delivery charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVO Suffolk Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including garage labor fees, vehicle downtime, towing charges, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use any component purchased from us.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
